The diagram on the left shows that near sharp edges,
there is a greater concentration of charges. In this drawing the same
amount of charges were placed in the two sides; nevertheless, the number
of field lines inside the conductor is greater on the less sharp side of
the drawing, about 10 vectors, as compared on the other side where only
9 vectors are inside the conductor. The diagram also shows that the
charges are closer together in the sharper side of the drawing.
